All returns and refunds must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the purchase by contacting info@puzzlekov.shop or through the Contact Us page.
The buyer must provide the order number and reason for return or refund for review.
Note: Please do not return the package directly, and contact us for the return address.

Return Requirements:
Returns must be in original packaging and condition with receipt condition Items not meeting these criteria will be refused acceptance.
The buyer covers the cost of returning the item unless the reason for the return is due to an incorrect or defective item.

Damaged Products:
In case of receiving a damaged product, customers should not discard the packaging and are required to contact  info@puzzlekov.shop immediately, providing specific details for assistance.

Process Time of Refunds:
Upon receiving and inspecting the return, the buyer will be notified of the approval or rejection of the refund within 3-14 business days. The actual refund processing time depends on the buyer's payment bank.

Order Modifications and Cancellations:
Requests for modifying or canceling orders must be made within 24 hours after placing the order. However, orders that have been dispatched cannot be modified or canceled.
