Order fulfillment process:

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation is received. We ship all items directly from our partners' warehouses (manufacturer, wholesale warehouse, logistics center) with the exception of local market items in Estonia, (if an item is not in our warehouse, it will be shipped directly from our supplier's warehouse). This allows us to ensure reliable and timely delivery depending on the destination.

You can use this information to track the status of your delivery. We offer international delivery to some countries. The cost of international delivery and the delivery time will be displayed when placing an order depending on your location

Customs and duties:

EU VAT included.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are payable upon delivery.
